1 Introductions, apologies and substitutions
The Chair welcomed Members and the Public to the meeting. Apologies were received from Simon Thomas and Rebecca Evans.
2 Inquiry into Educational Outcomes for Children from Low Income Households - Evidence session 1
The Committee took evidence from representatives from Estyn. They agreed to provide comments on plans to modify the banding formula to reflect closing the attainment gap for children on free school meals and to respond in writing to questions that were not asked during the session.
3 Inquiry into Educational Outcomes for Children from Low Income Households - Evidence Session 2
The Committee took evidence from Professor David Egan. He agreed to respond in writing to the questions that were not asked during the session.
